How it works

  1. Order Your Boxxi Original Math Box full of engaging math resources.
  2. Register Your Boxxi Maths Box when it arrives to receive the activities.
  3. Your Activity Cards will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours of your purchase being confirmed.
  4. Print/Download and follow along with the activities using the resources in your maths box.
  5. New Activities will come out every 3 months* and will be emailed to you directly.

Common questions

I have ordered my Box, when will I get the activities?

Once your box arrives, you will need to register your purchase on our website via the Contact Us page. 

After you register your box, your first set of activities should arrive automatically to your email within 24 hours. 

If for some reason they have not come through, check your spam/junk folder first, and if they are still not there, please reach out to us so we can get them to you asap. 

How often will I get new activities?

New activities will be released every 3 months, normally at the start of the season. 

The Winter 2025 activities are the ones that will come with your box as part of our June 1st launch, and then the Spring 2025 activities will be automatically sent out around 1st of September 2025. 

I have lost some items in my kit! Can you help me?

Of course! Whether your coloured teddies went for a walk and forgot to come home, or maybe your fluffy companion ate a dice or two, we got you! 

We will be releasing kit top up sets soon, but if you need more parts in the meantime, send us an email and we will see what we can do. 

All replacement items will incur their own cost and shipping charges will apply. 

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns for damaged or faulty items. 

If your order arrive in less than perfect condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photos of the issue—we’ll sort it out quickly!
