We accept returns for damaged or faulty items. 

If your order arrive in less than perfect condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photos of the issue—we’ll sort it out quickly!

As a small business, we're unfortunately unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. 

Please double-check your order before completing checkout, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions about the activities or boxes —we're here to help!

Alternatively, if you want to gift your box to another child and want to transfer the activities to them, please get in contact with us so we can help you do so!

If you create your order by accident, notify us urgently by emailing boxximaths@gmail.com. 

However, if your order has been processed already and/or a shipping label has been created, we can no longer make changes or cancel the order. 

Please note if we are able to cancel your order for a refund, your purchase will incur a 10% restocking/service fee.

** Measuring Tapes ** 

When checking your box, please check your measuring tapes can extend to 1.2m and retract back inside. 

There is 1.5m of tape inside, but extending it all the way can weaken and break the mechanism. 

You will not be given activities that require more than 1.2m of extension. 

Any faulty measuring tapes must be reported to us within 7 days of your box arriving for a free replacement. 

If your measuring tapes break because of over-extension or for any other reason including misuse, please check the FAQ under "The Math Boxes" below. 

Refunds or replacements are not available for items used outside the intended activities provided with the box.

If items are broken, damaged, or lost due to activities beyond their designed purpose, we are unable to offer free replacements. 

However, you can purchase additional supplies for your box by reaching out to us through the "Contact Us" page.

Please inspect your items carefully upon receiving your delivery. If you received a damaged or faulty kit or find a product missing from your order, please reach out immediately to report this issue.

Reach out to us at boxximaths@gmail.com, with your order number and photos of the damage/fault including packaging so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Sadly, nothing in the world is 100% free from faults. If on the rare and unfortunate occasion you happen to have an imperfect product, you have 7 days from delivery date to report a fault. 

Please note that we are not responsible for any damage caused by the customer at any time or for damage incurred during delivery once the package has left our warehouse.

In some cases a photograph will be insufficient to determine if a product has a manufacturing defect. Because of this, we may request that you send the item to us for further inspection and we reserve the right to deny a claim of a faulty product if we request to have the product returned and you refuse.

Your order will typically be fulfilled within 1-3 business days, depending on demand. Please anticipate additional delays during new product launches and sales. Currently, we are operating at a dispatch time frame of 2-3 business days.

Right now international shipping is not available, but we will look into making this available in future. 

This policy will apply in future to all international taxes and customs fees that are added to your order:

Depending on your order destination and fulfilment location, you might have to pay tax and customs fees. The fees may vary depending on the order value, weight, country limits, etc. 

We are not responsible for these fees, these are beyond our control and you are liable to pay them. Unpaid taxes and customs fees will mean your items are returned to our facility. 

You will be liable for the fees associated with the return to the facility and processing/handling costs. These costs will be deducted from your credits as we won't re-ship this to you due to the likelihood of this happening again. We cannot absorb the costs that occur on your behalf. 

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment may be returned to our facility. 

You will be liable for any RTS (Return to Sender) costs endured and reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). 

We are not liable if the shipment is not returned to our facility and/or goes missing due to an incorrect address.

If your order shows delivered on the tracking information, but you have not received your parcel, please contact both us and the shipper within 24 hours to see where they left the package.

You must reach out to Sendle or Australia Post who will provide the exact location of delivery through photos and, and a reference number for the delivery. 

We are not liable for damaged or missing parcels after it has been delivered. While we will do our best to support you, all insurance claims are processed by Australia Post or Sendle, and replacement orders are subject to their timelines. 

Warning: Not suitable for children under 36 months (3 years) and all children with diminished mental capacity.

This product contains small parts that pose a choking hazard and may have pointy edges. It is not a toy and is intended for use only by children aged 3 and above. Children under 3 should not be allowed anywhere near the box.

Adult supervision is recommended at all times. Do not leave children unsupervised with any part of this box.

Use only with activities provided by Boxxi Maths. Any use of the box outside of the activities provided by Boxxi Maths is at your own risk and liability.

By purchasing or using this product, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for ensuring its safe use in accordance with the above warnings.

Items are shipped by us from our facility in South-East Melbourne, Australia.

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for any RTS costs endured and the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable). We will attempt to make contact with you, if no contact is received from you after 4 weeks refunds/credits will no longer be available.

Products: We offer shipping within Australia only. Delivery times and charges vary based on location and shipping method selected.

Services: Access to digital services is provided upon proof of a purchased Boxxi Maths box, and signing up to our timed released activity database. If we can not verify your purchase, then access to the activities will not be granted. You may only assign one email address per a purchased box for the activity releases. You are entitled to 4 sets of free activities over the first year of your service with us. Additional activities beyond this will be available to purchase in future.
